Wireless: The dependency of the service fail to start (windows vista)

My wireless cannot detect wireless that are available, when i point the cursor to the network tray icon, it mentioned : "the dependency of the service fail to start"

-Dianogse and repair (from the windows)--useless
-Disable and Enable "Wireless network connection" in control panel ---useless
-Restart computer--useless

SOLUTION:
I read a lots of rubbish forums then i found this goodies:

"To fix, you will need to run a command prompt as administrator

Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt (Right-Click and Run as Administrator)

At the command Prompt type : netsh winsock reset

Ignore all errors, restart

Sensor Mouse (Touchpad) on laptop not working!


Cursor displayed on monitor did not move when I touch the sensor, but when I plug in USB mouse, the mouse work properly!
-I restart my laptop---useless!
-I reinstall the Touchpad Driver---useless!

SOLUTION:
Then it turns out that actually I locked my touchpad..
Fn+F7 or other lock touchpad button at function key..

When our computer face some small problem..We always check thru internet to find the solution.
